Cut two rectangles of tinfoil and place 10 g butter , 1 slice of liver, 1/2 slice lemon, on each. Season with salt and pepper.
Close the papillotes.
Place the water and steam bowl in the bowl.
Place the papillotes in the steam bowl.
Close the lid and switch on.
The appliance will automatically switch over to keep warm after 15 minutes cooking.
Serve in the tinfoil.
