Beef with Bamboo Shoots
       very easy affordable

Ingredients
- 400 g rumsteak in thin slices
- 1 can bamboo shoots
- 3 onions
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 3 soupspoonfuls sesame seeds
- 3 soupspoonfuls oil
- 2 soupspoonfuls nuoc-man
- Salt
- 100 ml water
 

Cut the meat into pieces 5 cm long.

Slice the onions and bamboo shoots.

Switch the appliance on, position 2. Pour the oil into the tank and brown the meat. Take out and put aside.

Put the onion in the tank with the garlic, bamboo shoots, nuoc-man and water. Season.

Put at position 1 and leave to cook for 5 mins with the lid on.

Return the meat and stir well.

Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
