American Raclette
           very easy affordable

Ingredients
- 2,2 lb to 4,4 lb (1 kg to 2 kg) raclette cheese - 28 oz (800 g) ground beef
- 3 eggs
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 5,5 lb (2,5 kg) potatoes
- 1,4 oz (40 g) butter
- salt; pepper
 

Bake the potatoes in their own skin and keep them warm.

Blend the meat with onion and parsley, the eggs, salt and pepper.

Roll the mixture into small balls, then flatten into patties and grill on the grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

Then place them into the trays and cover with a slice of cheese.

Season, cook until golden and serve with the baked potatoes.
