Hawaiian Pork Kebabs
         very easy inexpensive
from Hawaii

Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 25 min

Ingredients

- 1kg (2 lb) pork fillet
- 1 can pineapple pieces
- Seasoning: 2 tbsp oil, salt, pepper and tabasco (few drops

 

Cut the meat into 3cm (1 inch) cubes.

Thread the ingredients alternately on the skewers.

Brush with oil and season.

Cook for about 25 minutes.
