Ingredients

- 800g (1 3/4 lb) fresh salmon - 20 large prawns - 2 lemons - 1 tsp curry powder - 1 tsbp melted butter - Salt and pepper |

Cut the salmon into 3cm (1 inch) cubes and the lemon into wedges.
Thread the ingredients alternately on the skewers, starting and finishing with a prawn.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with curry powder.
Add seasoning and cook for about 15 minutes.
