Cherry Clafoutis
       very easy inexpensive

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 45 min

Ingredients
- 125g self
- raising flour
- 150g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 glass of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 500g fresh cherries or tin (1 kilo) of cherries in syrup.
 

Mix flour, sugar, eggs, salt and milk until smooth.

Butter the ovenproof dish and pour in half the mixture.

Put the cherries on the dish then add the rest of the mixture.

Cook for about 45 minutes at 175°C.
