Breast of Chicken with Diable Sauce
    very easy inexpensive

Preparation time: 4 min
Cooking time: 15 min

Ingredients
- 150g (05 oz) chicken breast (boned)
- Half a chicken stock cube
- 300ml (1/2 pint) dry white wine
- 2 shallots (chopped)
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and cayenne pepper
 

To make the diable sauce, boil the white wine with the chopped shallot until reduced by half.

Remove from the heat.

Dissolve the stock cube in the wine.

Add the cayenne pepper and the mustard.

Use the sauce to coat the meat and cook for 6-10 minutes on each side.
